Chef who have talked about his journey so far which was memorable and remarkable has also told us about his future plans where he will be coming up with his cookbook which will focus on healthy choice of ingredients and why are they used. The Chef also has plans to launch his own brand of ice cream. When asked by me Chef with a smile on his face said, he has never baked a cake for his birthday as his staff and family always does it for him. The chef also says he loves to pick up some rare ingredients when he travel to other countries and try to use them in chocolate making or etc. Good luck to Chef Gerard Mendis for his future targets.
