Luscious, attractive and gorgeous looking strawberries come with many health nutrients that are helpful for human body. These pretty fruits are also called “The Queen of Fruits“. Strawberries help you lose weight, due to its high fiber content and aspartic acid, so they are often included in a weight loss diet plan. The role of aspartic acid is to remove excess toxins from your body. A simple way to indulge with these healthy berries is to make a milkshake.

- 1/2 cup Strawberries, hulled and chopped
- 2 cup Milk, boiled and cooled
- 2-3 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Honey
Blend strawberries, sugar and milk until smooth and add honey before serving.
