My Favourite Cuisine : I am going to say global. I am trying to abolish the idea of xenofoodophobia from my gastronomic vocabulary.
My Favourite Book : I have several, at the moment, I am reading “Three Cups of Tea”, by Greg Mortenson and this might very well be my favorite one! I am also reading “Confessions of an Economic Hit Man”, by John Perkins and this is also my favorite so far. I am actually reading them both at the same time!
My Favourite Film : “Slum dog Millionaire” and “School of rock” I cannot decide!
My Favourite Passtime (Interest) : “ Definitely skiing!My Favourite Place : Breckenridge, Colorado ski summit which is 14,000 ft above sea level where I can be together with my Mom . She passed on in 2006.
