Eggless Cheesy & Spicy Cupcakes

Here comes another recipe without eggs. It is always a fun and joy to bake something new. As a cheese fan i love to indulge in lots and lots of cheesy food. I always use to think how would the salty version of regular cupcakes will tatse and henceforth the cheesy and spicy cupcakes are born. The strong flavour of cheddar cheese and spicy taste of black pepper powder made the cupcakes melt in mouth. Eggless makes the recipe more special. Simple and eay to bake also. Bake it, to taste it.

INGREDIENTS:
  • 2 cups plain Flour
  • 2 cups Cheese, grated (Cheddar)
  • pinch Baking powder
  • 2 cups Milk
  • pinch Salt
  • 1/4 Pepper powder
PREPERATION:
  • In a bowl, using a sieve, strain out baking powder, salt, pepper powder and flour.
  • To this mixture add milk (room temperature) and cheese.
  • Mix until ypu get a runny batter and then spoon into greased muffins.
  • Bake for approx. 20 min at 1800 C. Serve warm.
  • Last but not least add your 'love' to the dish to make it 'YUMMY'.
