The world is a book, and those who have not traveled have read only one page says Saint Augustine. My quest to taste different recipes and to know how the same can be made in many different ways by simple modifications took me to many kitchens’ round the globe. To share this aromatic experience with you I started posting recipes from these blogs. As the aromatic journey of Joy From Fasting To Feasting !!! continues we are going to stop by at Riyadh capital of Saudi Arabia.

OOoo!! The lovely month of Ramadan has finally come.. I wait for this auspicious month so that I could beg Allah to forgive my sins and make a better Muslim. I thank Allah that he has given me another opportunity to make the most of this month. And the other side of Ramazan being …
Thankful for being healthy enough to fast. Look forward to beg Allah to forgive sins, and also gain lot of knowledge on Islam and deen.Planning what things have to prepared for seher, iftar and dinner. Spending hours thinking what to cook that is light and also tasty. Shopping trolley full of raw materials to make sure I prepare new items for iftar and at the end of the month throw away half of them as I could not implement what I have planned.
Planning to read atleast 1 chapter of Quran and feeling bad at the end of the month as I could not finish the whole Quran Count the hours that I have to fast and wonder how I can manage so many hours in this hot season. And at the end of the day say, “there was no enough time to prepare iftar”. Plan to sleep early and get up on time for seher, which never happens. Go for sleep under the fear that I may not be able to hear the alarm and miss the seher.
Plan to share iftar with neighbors and look forward for there comments. Hoping to reduce at least 5% of my weight and ending up putting 5% more. Look forward to meet people in mosque during Tarawi Salah. Enjoy watching kids, and other family member having iftar with joy and happiness.
Looking forward not to switch on TV , but eventually doing it atleast once a day. Planning for mehendi designs/clothes, matching jewellary, matching purse. Planning to have the best haleem each day from different restaurants. Looking forward to earn a lot of money from Eedi on Eid day. On the day of Eid releasing that 30 days have vanished like 30 minutes… says Anjuman Sona of Cheers To Easy Cooking..!!!! (dil se).
